Some people may recognize that I have a new name. I’m also a former superintendent here in Georgia. So whether I’m elected or not I’ve al spent that time doing that. I, as you said, former Democratic nominee for state school superintendent here in Georgia and spent 12 years in the legislature prior to that, and my whole focus has been on K-12 education. I am happy to be here and thanks for that great introduction. Tell us a little bit more about yourself. And also I recently found out was the youngest person and the first African American ever elected to the state Georgia State legislature from Cobb County. She ran a very good campaign, very close campaign for superintendent of education in the state of Georgia just last November. And I’m pleased to be joined today by another guest, co-host Alisha Searcy. My name is Charlie Chieppo and I’m a senior fellow at Pioneer Institute.
